While most real estate professionals are aware of AI’s potential, few know how to evaluate which tools truly add value versus those driven by hype. Successful integration requires more than experimentation. It demands structured evaluation frameworks, workflow integration strategies and risk management tailored to real estate’s unique data and regulatory context.
This two-day online intensive course is designed for real estate investors and professionals seeking to apply AI for more informed, efficient decision-making. You’ll explore tools for data analytics, predictive modelling and automated valuation and learn how to apply them to identify, evaluate and manage properties more effectively.
Delivered in partnership with Next Gen Learning, the course uses artificial intelligence as part of our teaching team to personalise your learning journey to your market, investment scale and focus – whether residential, commercial, short-term rentals or emerging asset classes.
